South is presumably not keen to bid 3NT. I was asking if you have some away around this (quite common) issue. One simple solution is just to bid 3NT with the North hand, thus hiding the 5th spade. Another one would be for South to bid 2NT instead of 3♥, but perhaps you need this for something else.
