You could play Transfer Responses in this situation, but even playing Transfer,you would need a lower bound, what is the minimal strength req. See if partner can reopen. Incidentally, I like Lebensohl in this particular situation, in which case you would show this hand with 2NT (basically the same except less potential for misunderstandings and disaster.) This isn't one of those for us ---First response with NT invite values is just too possible. If that Heart Queen were anywhere else, we would be comfortable doubling and correcting with that 7-bagger.
