In my case, I would have expected GIB to simply bid 4♠, which should be weaker than 4♦. In the second case, what would 3♠ show over 3♦? PS: Why should the second 3♦ bid show 7+ whereas the first only shows 6+?

PS: Why should the second 3♦ bid show 7+ whereas the first only shows 6+? When you hovered over our 3s bid in the first auction, what did it say? I'm guessing the robot took it as a ridiculously big hand and with two tricks for you was looking for a slam. On the second hand 4s by the robot seems overly agressive. PS: Why should the second 3♦ bid show 7+ whereas the first only shows 6+? Since v25, current one, these calls carry 3♠-Free raise -- 3+ ♠; 7-10 total points ; 4♠-Free jump raise -- 3+ ♠; 11-12 total pointsAnd since v25, GIB would bid only 3♠, not consider 4♠ with that hand. 3♦ corrected to 7+ in first case.
