I'd win my gift ♦7, cash my side suit AKs ending in hand (pitching a spade on the club) and ruff a heart as low as possible. The worst scenario (aside from being overruffed in hearts) is if LHO is ?24? and pitches and we misguess which black suit to ruff low in hand next.
