lycier Posted December 18, 2012 Report Share Posted December 18, 2012 是的，我愿意继续使用中国服务器因为没有中国服务器的时候，我晚上常常不能登录bbo网页版（白天使用中国移动正常，晚上使用的是中国联通），至少有了中国服务器后我晚上才能够登录上bbo了I think so, I often can't log in to BBO with Normal BBO Server,it is easier and faster to log in to BBO when we use China BBO Server.We have to say China Server is very good.thank BBO very much . lycier Posted December 18, 2012 Report Share Posted December 18, 2012 We asked our hosting service if they know what's going on with the dropped connections, but could not receive a clear answer.Their answer was: The network between China and USA is very complicated. Our quality is not bad. You can use http://just-ping.com (http://just-ping.com/) to test your IP 118.244.168.142 . You can test cn.yahoo.com (http://cn.yahoo.com/) from USA. cn.yahoo.com (http://cn.yahoo.com/) lost packets too. From this I'm understanding this problem can't be solved because even sites like Yahoo encounter problems. Do you guys think the occasional speed improvement will make you keep using the server instead of normal server in USA?I have to say Google had withdraw from China,it affect greatly for our chinese players.I can't visit many bridge website ,its reasons are complicated ,I can't dare even mutter dissent on the forum.Sorry. lycier Posted December 20, 2012 Report Share Posted December 20, 2012 这些天通过使用中国服务器，我的体会：中国服务器相比其它服务器链接，在速度上明显改善了，各方面效果都是不错的；而且还能和台湾人正常汉语聊天，这在以前是不可能的。这是一个历史性的进步！ Compared with other server links ，I have to say that China Server improve obviously in speed, its effect is very good !Of importance,I also found surprisedly that I can be able to chat with Taiwanese by Chinese characters,whatever it is Simplified characters or traditional Chinese .it is not possible in the past.So congratulate BBO to make a historic progress!
