When you guys were disconnected, did you try to enter with the normal BBO to see if that also disconnects you?

 

The next time you are disconnected, can you try to enter again with normal BBO to check if that's more stable?

 

It sounds like China server is definitely faster. I'm not sure about stability though.

Yesterday night ,when I had logged into BBO by China server for a while,I was disconnected,I had to use Normal BBO,however I failed for several times.So I had to use "Older BBO program",it was very good.my many friends complain that it is very easier to be disconnected,whatever Normal BBO or China server recently without stability.

 

For me,China Server is faster than Normal BBO,but several players who come from shanxi(山西) province ,Kunming(昆明市) of Yunnan(云南) province and Sichuan（四川 province don't think so.

用bbo中国服务器掉线一次，登陆bbo常规服务器没有掉线

但是以前没有中国服务器的时候，bbo网页版常常就根本登陆不上，有了中国服务器，使用中国服务器登陆一次后，再用bbo常规服务器登陆也很容易了

总之，bbo中国服务器速度很快，也解决了以前bbo网页版不能登陆问题，但是bbo中国服务器也有掉线情况，在中国使用客户端相对登陆容易也不太掉线，应该继续推出客户端版

刚才比赛中页面彻底不动了，使用中国服务器网页版和使用bbo常规服务器网页版都不能重新登录，现在是使用的客户端软件版登陆反馈问题

Uday knows of the speed (good) and the stability issues (bad) now. We'll try to solve it but not sure how. In general we think China server is clearly better so we want to keep it permanent and route all China BBOers to it soon. I'll inform everyone when that happens. Hopefully the disconnection problems can be solved as well.

The network between China and USA is very complicated. Our quality is not bad. You can use http://just-ping.com (http://just-ping.com/) to test your IP 118.244.168.142 . You can test cn.yahoo.com (http://cn.yahoo.com/) from USA. cn.yahoo.com (http://cn.yahoo.com/) lost packets too.

 

 

From this I'm understanding this problem can't be solved because even sites like Yahoo encounter problems. Do you guys think the occasional speed improvement will make you keep using the server instead of normal server in USA?

中美之间的网络链接结构非常复杂，我们的网络质量并不差。您可以在 http://just-ping.com中使用 IP地址：118.244.168.142（译者注：这是来自北京电信通的IP地址）进行网络测试，也可以使用雅虎中国http://cn.yahoo.com/测试从美国回显信息数据包的丢失。于此，我们可以看到即使象雅虎这样的大网站遇到此类问题也解决不了。

 

各位朋友，不使用在美国的BBO正常服务器，你认为网速临时的一些改善将会有助于您乐于继续使用中国服务器吗？

因为没有中国服务器的时候，我晚上常常不能登录bbo网页版（白天使用中国移动正常，晚上使用的是中国联通），至少有了中国服务器后我晚上才能够登录上bbo了
