straube
Playing a strong club system where pd can open balanced 11s (5-cd majors) or even lighter (10+)if unbalanced, would you consider this a mixed or limit raise or some other? Partner opens 1H and opponent overcalls... 1H (1S) ? Responder's hand... Axxxx Jxxx KQ xx
manudude03
Easy limit raise for me, partner can see his own hand.
broze
Limit raise - but I can't justify it in any other way than being consistent with my own style.
TWO4BRIDGE
Easy limit raise for me, partner can see his own hand.ditto.Playing those light opener's, partner can always sign-off once you have accurately shown your hand:1H - ( 1S ) - 2S! - ( p )3H
neilkaz
This looks like a limit raise to me also.
steve2005
This looks like a limit raise to me also.8 losers - limit raiseif partner light still likely good spot
SteveMoe
Mixed raise.5 spades and KQ tight are downgrades.True it's an 8 loser count but so is Axxxx Jxxx Kx xx.My preference is to have full LRs (11-12 SPs and 8 losers) for partner opposite an aggressive Precision opener.I'm bidding 2♥. Partner knows how to make a game try.
