xx1943
All, BBO is no longer supporting the old BBOWIN version, and have recently removed the link for the download from the main BBO start page. Has anyone got a link to it? Or is this the dead of the old BBO?

Has anyone got a link to it? Or is this the dead of the old BBO? Look here... link to download version To be able to use this program for online access, you have to be a member since before sometime in October 2012 I thinkI think some parts of the world can no longer play with windows client online even if they had a bbo account before the 2012 dateIt still can play bbo movies, pbn and lin files, it can still convert pbn files to lin files even if you can not play online with it. xx1943
Many thanks, BenVery helpful for me teaching in the BIL. Another question:I wrote hundreds of linfiles for my students. Is there an easy way to provide new students (in the coming years) with a "linfileviewer" without th necessity to instal the complete windows-client BBOV5.2.21? e.g. Is it possible to distribute NetBridgeVu.exe as such a viewer? Many thanks for your help Regards Al

Many thanks for your help Regards Al I would assume you could always just provide them with that link.... or yes, just ship them a version of the netbridgevu. But if you can not, you might have them grab a copy of the double dummy solver found on the bridge captain site, it works just fine reading lin files, but not "marked up ones". For that, you need netbridgevu (DD solver will show comments in a lin file, but all in one popup window when the hand is first displayed... no questions, no take back plays, etc will work in it). Here is a link to the double dummy solver... double dummy solver,
