barmar Posted November 14, 2012 Report Share Posted November 14, 2012 Are you talking about the page where it says "Drop us a line at support@bridgebase.com if you're stuck."? I just checked the page, and it's a perfectly ordinary "mailto" link that should work with any browser. You need to have a default mail client configured (e.g. Windows Live Mail, Outlook Express, Apple Mail, Thunderbird); these types of links don't work with most webmail systems. See instructions here.http://support.google.com/mail/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=10966 If you are using some other type of web mail, try Googling "configuring X for mailto" substituting your email service for the X.
