Are you talking about the page where it says "Drop us a line at support@bridgebase.com if you're stuck."? I just checked the page, and it's a perfectly ordinary "mailto" link that should work with any browser. You need to have a default mail client configured (e.g. Windows Live Mail, Outlook Express, Apple Mail, Thunderbird); these types of links don't work with most webmail systems.

 

If you don't use a mail client, go to your webmail site and enter the destination support@bridgebase.com by hand.

If you use GMail, you can configure it to work with the mailto: link that Barry mentions, as well as with mailto links occasionally found on other web-sites.

If you are using some other type of web mail, try Googling "configuring X for mailto" substituting your email service for the X. Maybe others will work also.
