If the Bot doesn't understand what to reopen holding 5-5-3-0 distribution, he probably wouldn't have known what to bid if you had made a neg double, either. I am sure GIB knows what to do if you double- raise you game in hearts. You really have to double with such a minimum hand- add the 10♣ and your hand much less marginal.
