dogsbreath
hi all..An article in an esteemed national newspaper last weekend got me thinking about the various projects that were/are afoot to provide multi-lingual capabilites on BBO..the article stated that the common English phrases 'deep fine leg' and 'flashing outside one's off-stump' were impossible to translate into modern Flemish. Perhaps those of you with multi-lingual skills (eg Slothy) would care to comment on how similar difficulties might arise regarding bridge terminology.
