I don't understand its problem with playing in 2♣. It's not like it's void or anything!

I wouldn't have thought Gib would ever be allowed to bid 3-card suit except maybe after a takeout double at the one-level? Looking forward to the explanation for this one!

I wonder if the fact that it describes the 2♣ bid as showing "4+ C" is part of the problem. Certainly, rebidding my minor shows at least 5 of them.

It probably simulates you as having a spade void and therefore 4♥ and that playing better than clubs. By blind DD simulation it has got a better place- 2♣ is 2 down and 2♥ is 1 down.
