  1. 1. Should There be a Goulash Button if bidding ends at the 1 level

In rubber bridge a popular tradition is to goulash the hand if it's passed out.

 

But it's not appropriate to do this in any form of duplicate -- the bidding may have been very different at other tables, and you should be compared with them. If the hand is goulashed, how would IMPs be calculated?
