untamed Posted September 6, 2012 Report Share Posted September 6, 2012 I have plaid Bridge for many more years than I care to remember andon BBO kind of since the beginning, under my current alias about two years.I believe I am an advanced player although I still make my errors.I have a 7 rating in the BBO system and I like to play ACBL Speedballs.My style of play is pretty aggressive but it can be modified to suit the partner (opposite works better usually). I currently bid SAYC with the usual toys, but would be willing to learn 2/1 better. I play robot tournaments so I already have some knowledge of 2/1.However, there you have the crutch of seeing the description of all the bids you or the robot make. I am looking for a partner about the same level or better, to play a few tournaments a week.We could get into some team play eventually too.He or she should be willing to amicably discuss the good and the bad to improve the partnership.
