After all, it's a misfit, East opened in 2nd seat (it should always be sound in 2nd imo), and West doesn't have enough points for anything. Its humans following GIB's hand description that are misled.They need to change the description of 2S from 14+ TP to 10-16 HP with 14+ TP which is not a standard human bid -its a natural nonforcing somewhat invitational overcall.
