It is revealing that neither opponent has stepped in with a ♠ bid, so even if partner is quite weak, it is unlikley that ♠ poses that much of a danger anyway. Under ♠ lead, contract was in jeopardy at once. Later my partner mentioned maybe i should bid 2C to avoid wrong-sided contract.So i'm interested in posters' opinion here. Rebidding 2C may work on this hand, because responder bids 3N AND responder has a spade tenace AND the spades are offside AND they don't block AND they can cash enough winners to set you AND the opening leader does not lead clubs AND they lead spades AND playing the AS on the opening lead does not help AND (any more?)
