Stephen Tu
About the only thing that looks normal to me is the 2 spade rebid after having chosen the initial overbid of 2c. Everything else looks insane, although somehow you landed in a reasonable contract. 6c has better chances than 6nt if you can't pick up the clubs, gives you chance to ruff out the hearts.
Zelandakh
You missed Option H: All of the above. OK, I take that back...All of the above except 2♠ is perhaps better.
Quartic
Unless 5♣ shows West's hand I think it's the worst bid in the auction - taking up lots of space we should be using to find our fit if it exists. If it does show West's hand, I think the agreement is terrible - I would much prefer to use 5♣ here as exclusion agreeing spades (checking 7♠ is safe). East's 2♣ is a very close second for worst bid. I see no reason not to start with 1♠. I have no problem with 2♦ or with 2♠ given the bad 2♣ bid. I see no alternative to 5♥ at that point in the auction. Now West has given himself almost a complete guess at the best spot. I don't much like the guess of 6♣ though - I think I would try 6NT at this point myself, or maybe 7NT if I assume partner has a standard 2♣ opener.
CSGibson
Unfortunately, on the scale between expert players bidding flawlessly and drunk monkeys throwing random cards on the table, this auction appears to be closer to drunk monkeys. Open 1♠, 2 suiters are notoriously hard to describe after opening 2♣. Once you've opened 2♣, I'm ok with the space-saving 2♦ call. 2♠ is perfect given the previous (bad) 2♣ opening. 5♣ is nuts. Frankly, it should be exclusion for spades, since 3♣ and 3♦ are forcing. I would bid 3♦. Over 5♣, 5♥ is really bad, you should pass given the lack of an initial 3♣ bid over 2♣, and assuming that you read partner's 5♣ bid as an offer to play. 6♣ is nuts again. Pass is reasonable over 6 clubs. The play in 6 clubs is not very well thought out in my opinion. Ruff one diamond if you want (though I wouldn't even do that, preferring to cross to a heart, pull trump, fall back on favorable hearts, either 4-3 hearts, J doubleton, or K 3rd of clubs onside makes), but then pull trump; a cross-ruff in general is questionable, given the 8 top tricks, and 3/4 easily established tricks in clubs. In summary: drunk monkeys < this auction & play <<< expert auction & play
