I have 3 (maybe) sure tricks, and if partner has Jxx of hearts, then that could easily be a trick (if declarer has AKT9xxxx or misguesses the finesse) or a trick in diamonds or clubs--he doesn't need much. It's nearly certain that we can't make anything, but the sacrifice could easily be a phantom one.
