EricK Posted June 8, 2012 Report Share Posted June 8, 2012 Is it mathematically feasible that the safe plus in 2♠ outscores the chance of possible game bonus in 4♠ so it figures it doesn't pay to bid on; whereas the risk of going down in 3♠ if it competes, tips the odds in favour of going for the game bonus?
