All those heart ruffs you are counting on are at the expense of whatever high trumps partner may have, this is not going to play as well as it looks like at first unless partner can take another call. Although a silent benefit of 3♠ might be that they don't have room to make game tries, you might catch them speeding looking for that vul game.
