Priority should go to unbid 4 cd majors over 4cd minors, certainly, and even over longer minors, as long as you are below 5 level IMO. Makes it a lot easier when doubler has a much stronger hand and 4h and 4c both make; doubler can hardly bid 4h on 4. There was another hand, auction 1h-x-2h-x, where GIB had 4 cd spade and resp-x.
