You described your hand to partner with reasonable accuracy and he didn't invite you to the party over 4N (at least, that's how I take 5♥...but it is possible to have exactly the opposite agreement). As for the lead...that's far closer....we have at least an 11 card fit, so we are unlikely to cash the heart A, and we may be unable to beat this contract if we give them tempo. To me it is close between the passive heart A and the aggressive club. I will elect the heart Ace, since this is mps...tho I am not sure I'd do differently at imps. Btw....double?
