What do you bid at your first opportunity (i.e. agree with X)? 2. What do you bid over 4♥?

aguahombre
Since I would have bid 5C at this juncture if partner had passed at his second turn, It is really hard to do that when she has shown such power with the 3NT bid. I have shown so little with the negative double, I think I am screwed into 6C now.
menggq
North has strong hand 18+ balanced hand,South Neg=6+ promise ♠4.Since N bid 3N i would like to bit 6♣ as well cause South has very good hand:♠A,void ♥ and long good ♣ suits which North must have 2+. Codo
Was partners bid so strong? If you had been in is shoes, holding something like xx,Ax,AKQJxxx,xx, what had you bid? I had tried 3 Nt.... So what is more likely 18-19 HCPS, semibalanced or a running diamond suit? I am not sure but guess the later. I try 5 ♣ and hope that 9 tricks are limit in NT.
