If you duck, he continues with the ♥J, RHO discarding a middle spade, meaning nothing. Matchpoints.
JLOGIC
I would win the heart. It seems like we don't have enough winners to duck, and LHO might easily get in and play the jack of hearts if he has 5 hearts...he won't be able to read his partners card. I would then play the CQ...developing a club trick looks natural, and there is a reasonable chance that it gets ducked all around (in which case I will try leading spades up twice). If LHO takes the club, hopefully they will play back a high heart and I will have a heart trick if I want it...also, hopefully LHO has no entry now. If RHO takes the club, hopefully they have no heart to come back and the SA is on, and maybe the CT is on (or if LHO has an honor without the ten, hopefully we can read it from the tempo/etc).
