WHAT do you lead? For the record, the opening bid was 2♥ (alerted 8 to 12 points) at one table and 3♥ at the other, if the level of preempt makes a difference on your choice at trick one. I don't see much reason to do anything else, there is a reason that leading from kings is supposed to be better than leading from aces.
