philip1099
Odd miscounting error: http://tinyurl.com/7k4vlmp Partner has shown 6+ spades and 6-10 Total Points. Robot has 3 spades and 18 TPs (although his 2♦ rebid is limited to 16 TPs), so an easy game bid or at least a raise if feeling shy. Simple math, so hopefully easy to fix! AyunuS
GIB counts short suits with honors as 1 less point than as if the honors were in some other suit, so it does not count either of its doubletons as worth any extra here. Therefore, it sees 16 in its hand and 6-10 in your hand. Therefore, it worries your team might only have 22 so it's afraid to go to level 3 because of that. I think the real problem is that it doesn't count the doubletons as worth different points in different situations very well. If it's opposite 6+ trump cards and it has 3, then its doubletons should count as worth a good bit more than in most game-try hands.
philip1099
Thank-you AyunuS, the logic is clear even if GIB's decision was not the best!
georgi
TPs are correct shown for 2♦ having 16TP and 16HCP. Anyway book bid is pass, but after simulation North continues as matches the requirement of raising partner's rebid major. 3♠ requires the maximum as it has it. 1m 1M 2m 2M is sequence which is about to be improved.
