Regardless of vulnerability, there isn't any hand that would bid like this and would now be worth a bid at the five-level. It might be a good idea to double 4NT, in case the opponents don't know their methods. However, on this hand I'm quite happy to let the opponents bid to slam if that's what they want to do.
