dwar0123
Partner felt I was light for this takeout double. At imps. [hv=pc=n&s=saq76hdkq86cjt863&d=w&v=e&b=16&a=1hp3hd]133|200[/hv] Two questions.1. If 3♥ is limit raise, do you x?2. If 3♥ is preemptive, do you x? Thanks!

S2000magic
I'd double in either case. With a void and at least 4-card support for each unbid suit, I think it's clear-cut.
quiddity
I would double regardless. We might have game or we might have a good save.
Codo
If we had not been w/r, your partner had been less wrong. R/W he had been right.
nigel_k
I would double at any vulnerability and it's not close. A limit raise is not always based on high cards.
neilkaz
I would double for sure regardless of the meaning of 3♥. A void is great for offense and the idea here is to be able to have pd bid 4♠ over their 4♥ or esp. at this vul 5m if he lacks ♠. Of course, we also might make game here helped by our void. ahydra
X both times for me, though the hand given is a minimum. ahydra
