jmcw
Hard to know what to lead when I don't understand the bidding. Was 2NT conventional?

Codo
Opener did open 1 ♥ not 2 ♣ but still went to slam after partner showed a "good" 2 ♥ raise- but still a 2 ♥ raise. So he should hold a very strong two suiter. I guess that leading a diamond or a heart will nearly never win. A club will win if we can built a club trick before all club tricks are gone on the long spades. A spade can win if we have a ruff at trick two. With one spade and two hearts, I would go for the spade lead, here, I try a club.
Fluffy
2NT is a balanced invite, and since you have played with declarer you suspect he at least doesnt have singletons
Codo
Thanks for clarification Gonzalo. Okay, I join the club of the spade leaders then, a ♣ a close second, nothing else looks good to me.
whereagles
Diamond seems to be the safest lead here and who knows? Maybe pard can ruff this!!
Fluffy
declarer has KJ10xAKQ10xAxKx and dummy has QxxxxxxxKxAxx or something very similar, only a spade defeats the 29 HCP slam and your queens are useless, lost 500 euros for leading a trump.
