BaldJean
I usually use the downloadable version of BBO. As of today script errors appear repeatedly when using it. This has never happened before.
pooltuna
have you tried the most obvious solution .... uninstall the existing and reinstall a new download
BaldJean
That was the first thing I did. It did not change anything.
barmar
Could you transcribe the exact error?
BaldJean
There are several; I will give the description of the first that occurs; it happens immediately after logging in. An error has occurred in the script on this page Line: 1Char: 1'jQuery' is undefined.URL: http://ads.bridgebase.com/activity-feed-portal/js/AddActivity.js? epversion=17497 For some reason the full URL is shortened in the post; just click on it to see it. The other errors appear to be the same; it seems it occurs several times

barmar
We don't think any changes have been made at our end, and we haven't been able to reproduce the problem. Maybe you've changed some of your Internet options? BBO uses the Internet Explorer engine to display ads, and its options can affect this. See this page: http://www.technibble.com/how-to-stop-internet-explorer-script-error-messages/
BaldJean
It appears the error was caused by our antivirus software; other programs had the same error. Since the latest update of that antivirus software the problem has disappeared.
