I am guessing here but maybe? 3s=slam try4s=game, dont bother to invite across from 10-12 TP?which means you must pass and let pard balance here? Looks like bug, which ignores the voluntary jump to 2♠ from none-passed hand. If partner was initially passed ( which doesn't change much the 2♠ meaning ), it handles, showing more accurate meaning of 3♠ which is 13-15TP and 4th♠. It will be fixed.
