+58.32 cross-IMPS in 8 boards

I was just trying to figure out whether you actually had anything interesting to say.

I'm sure almost everyone reading here has seen hundreds of absurd hands in GIB games leading to double-digit IMPs either way. Statistically speaking, someone is bound to have enough of the good hands to score +58 every once in a while. So this is really a non-event.

Of course personally I don't care for IMP Pairs at all anyway.

We resisted the IMP pair version of the robot dups for a while, bec we were skeptical of what the IMP scoring would do to results. We expected it to lead to wilder scores.

Doesn't seem to, generally, tho. I'm thinking of expanding the IMP schedule further.

I wonder what ACBL would think of changing one of its four hourly Robot Dupe games to IMPs.

alot of people use different techniques when playing with the bots, to win consistantly you do have to be good.

Take a look some times at Leo LaSata hand records....he does very well in the bot acbl games but then he should

cause hes pretty darn good....but there are some things he does that some people would complain about if it were

4 people at the table instead of him and 3 bots
