I like 3♠, if partner raises voluntarilly we have a good shot at 6♠, we might be able to show clubs next. If partner doesn't bid 4♠, there is a good chance that he has a singleton spade - with Hx he would tend to choose 4♠. I'd bid 4♥, planning to pass 4♠ but bid 6♣ over anything else. Edit: on reflection, a singleton spade probably isn't enough if partner has only three clubs. They may lead a trump, which is often right against this sort of sequence; or the hand with two spades may have three clubs and make a trump trick; or spades may be 4-1. That is why someone came out with 4C! and 4D! as = that minor and the other major. LHO has the oustanding 13 black cards and partner has 6 hearts and AKQJxxxx in DsYes it was a goulasch. I don't know why I bother playing in these.
