Agreed cue-bidding style is to bid 1st OR 2nd round controls. 1. With no further interference, how would your bidding go from here? 2. Looking at both hands, do you want to be in slam? No, I don't want to be in slam. 4♦ will usually be a choice of strains (opener should show 4 hearts, or some spade tolerance, or failing all that, bid 5♣) but it is also the only bid with a very strong hand.
