Support doubles are irrelevant in this case. 3♣ is only bid when you have exactly 4 hearts and longer clubs, with or without the interference. BTW, you really confused me by posting a diagram with South at the top. I thought you were complaining that the robot bid 3♣ with only 2 clubs.
