South's hand is high after trick 7. The best example of this kind of thing I've seen so far is when my LHO held a 4333 hand. Each suit was a run of cards and the hand had one of each rank - something like ♠AKQJ ♥765 ♦1098 ♣432. andy_h Posted April 26, 2013 Report Share Posted April 26, 2013 Click here My partner (unintentionally) got to this 11 card ending - not sure if it counts since she had to lose the final trick (though it would have made it so much better if somehow South had the ♦K for a double whammy but unfortunately the contract would have failed at that point). Thanks to this thread I was able to see and appreciate these kind of endings and mentioned it to the table, however nobody else seemed to be as fond of the ending as I was.
