ghow Posted December 20, 2011 Report Share Posted December 20, 2011 My wife and I have been playing on the old downloadable version of BBO for a long time. We decided to try the web version and discovered that for some reason we are unable to claim as the claim button stays grayed out. We have tried claiming from both our PC's. Even if you are down to 1 trick to play and hold the only outstanding trump, you can't claim. We are both using windows7. I'm running the latest version of Firefox and she is using the latest version of IE. No problems when using the downloadable version. Suggestions ? barmar Posted November 13, 2012 Report Share Posted November 13, 2012 Play with people, not robots, and you'll be able to claim. The web version doesn't allow claiming against robots.
