jmcw
Clear IMO. Close to minimum HCP, but the near perfect shape wins the day.
Cyberyeti
If it goes 2♥-P-P- partner will be carrying a reasonable number of hearts, the question I ask myself is if partner is too weak to bid 2N (15-17 ish for us), are we likely have game on ? In this case it's fairly close, but enough flat 14s will give good play to want to bid it, particularly if partner has 4 spades or the ace of hearts rather than wasted minor honours. Fluffy
pass, my rule of thumb is 10 void, 12 singleton, 14 doubleton, 16 3+
billw55
double, my rule of thumb is opening hand plus good shape. Remove the ♣J I'm on the fence. Remove the ♦Q I pass.
ArtK78
Pass. Actions in direct seats over preempts should be sound. There are exceptions, but with 9xxx of spades, this is not one of them.
Yu18772
Close Dbl for me. Make me vul, or move one of the ♠ to ♦, or remove any HCP, or add a heart and I pass. This is an absolute minimum for dbl imo.http://www.bridgebase.com/forums/public/style_emoticons/default/rolleyes.gif
whereagles
Clear-cut double. The one with shortness in opponent's suit must act. This means you must act NOW.
Furlan
Passers get a second chance: West raises to 3♥, Pass, Pass back to you.
JLOGIC
Not doubling 2H seems pretty awful to me
Fluffy
I would double the 3♥ coming back
jmcw
Passers get a second chance: West raises to 3♥, Pass, Pass back to you. If you passed the first time. You really ought to pass again.Perhaps, the best arguement for acting immediately is to avoid making this decision now.

I do prefer a certain +130/150 on offense over an uncertain +50 on defense (wouldn't the ♣A lead get some votes in a poll?). Actually, I do prefer an uncertain +400 on offense over an uncertain +50 on defense!
