jillybean
I am hoping to find 1 or 2 expert bbf'ers who would be willing to spend some time, once or twice a month to critique my play.I want to focus on declarer play and want someone who will be ruthlessly honest as to where I need to improve. I don't know which format would work best but I imagine playing against bots would be most flexible and wouldn't object if we stopped mid hand to discuss the play. Please message me if you think you can help! tyia
1eyedjack
This is not exactly the answer that you were looking for, but just out of interest have you tried out the (currently free) Double-Dummy Solver program by the author of Bridge Captain? It is currently on version 7.49 7.51 7.52 7.54. It needs to run under windows (or emulator). Download page is herehttp://www.bridge-ca...downloadDD.html You will of course be well aware that the double dummy solution is NOT to be relied upon as the correct play from information available, and I would not suggest this as a substitute for the assistance that you are requesting. It may however help as a supplement, and being aware of the DD solution is a good start to minimising wasted time in discussing the correct play, and may help you to zero in on the actual correct play even if it differs. Of course it may well be that you already have this and use it in your post mortem reviews.
