dwar0123 Posted November 25, 2011 Report Share Posted November 25, 2011 One way I can see to make is if east has 4 diamonds with at least one of the remaining honors dropping from west. This would give east 2 spades 2 hearts 4 diamonds and 5 clubs. Take the AK of diamonds, if west drops an honor, finesse the remaining honor, take the last diamond and heart then cross ruff with high trump for the last 3 tricks. 2 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

But you only need 1 Ht trick: 2s, 1h, 4d, 2c ( already taken ), then X-ruff last 3 Cl = 12 Edit: [ East needs to have started with 2 2 4 5 ] .
