The imp scoring is natural and intuitive. How can I organize or join a game if I cannot chat with others wishing to do the same? Because of this I have never managed to actually play in a team game. They cannot all be made up of 8 people who know each other and scheduled in advance, so there must be some way to do this, but I have not figured it out.
