I've tried other browsers, but I can't install Adobe Flash Player (no administrative privileges on the computer).When I write my login name and password, it says: "connecting... please wait", then it says "connection lost".I've tried everything: allowing pop-ups, tagging bridgebase.com as allowed program, etc. The message is the same every time: "connection lost".Can anybody give me a hint?
