IMO this hand is too strong for a direct 4.

 

In case you play in this sequence 4 as "fit-jump" - promising 4+ , good -suit and high offense-defense-ratio - then this would be my choice.

Lacking this I would go for 4: slam interest, either with a strong hand or with -support.

4 is not a jump. :P

 

Since we're a passed hand, 4 can't be anything else than a "fit-non-jump" showing a with a fit (otherwise we'd open a number of before). If partner doesn't understand this, he has a lot to learn, and this may be a good example. :)

I require two of the top three for my fit-jumps (and -non-jumps), so that leaves it as a coin toss between a light 4H and a heavy 4S. If you have less strict requirements for 4D, by all means bid that.
