Well, 3N is a pretty awful bid, if north had bid 3C some pairs would find slam in more normal ways. Also some people will upgrade the south hand (I wouldn't) and get there that way. But I agree 6H making will be a very good score, however it will not cost that often to cross back to your hand and lead a low heart, obviously not 100 % safe but it loses infrequently enough that I think picking up KJx and making 7 will be worth it.
