We love those folks with all of our heart, but nonetheless, the border is getting a little rough. I am all for Miranda. The border ruffians have been around forever, and I don't think they want to mess with Fort Bliss. Until this situation settles down, some of our cherished niceties will be suspended. 'Miranda' is the name given to the set of 'rights' read by policemen when arresting a person. I'm almost sure that's what it refers to.
