Hanoi5
Red vs White, opponents bid 2NT-3NT after your partner passes as dealer: ♠A8732♥J643♦9♣Q86 MP vs IMP or is it the same lead?
BunnyGo
Spade 3, I don't see a good reason at any scoring to not lead my longest suit, especially when dummy is likely to be short (assuming 3NT isn't 5S, 4H).

Free
I have good experiences with leading my 4 card suit when holding a 5-4. But there have been simulations/studies about this, and the conclusion was:- leading the 4 card suit gets a better average number of tricks- leading the 5 card suit defeats the contract more often That's why at imps I'd lead a ♠, while at MP I'd lead a ♥.
