Cyberyeti
[hv=pc=n&s=sakqj5h6dkj94cq53&n=s86hkqdat83cakj76]133|200[/hv] Dealer E vul all I think but I suspect irrelevant. At one table E opened a weak (0-10 5+ card) 2♥At the other, E passed Can you give a sensible auction in either case. At the table, I opened the weak 2♥ and opps bid to 4♠ and made 6Team mates bid 6♦ and failed to find the Q. This is an echo of another hand I posted recently where you don't want to play in the 4-4 fit with an ace and the Q of that suit missing, but slams can be made in other denominations. I think if we had to bid it, would go (2♥)-2♠-3♣-3♦-3♥-4♣-4♦(KC) and on to 6♣. or 1♠-2♣-2N(GF, not always balanced)-3♣(5th club)-4♦(KC)-4♥(0/3)-5♣(signoff opposite 0)-5♥(3+K♥)-6♣

Zelandakh
I quite like yout auction over 2H except that I am not sure whether 4C promises 3 (what is your default bid with 5242 here?) and think 4D should be natural rather than kickback (with 4H Kb intead). Perhaps ... - 4C - 4D - 6C here is reasonable? It is doubtful that my unopposed auction is helpful to you but just in case... 1S = 10-17, 5+ spades, unbal... - 1N = INV+ relay3C = max, 5 spades, 4 diamonds, 1-3 hearts/clubs, GF... - 3D = relay3H = 5143... - 3S = relay4C = 4 controls... - 4N = Q ask5D = CQ, no DQ... - 6C

In fact if you bid 3♠ here, partner will bid 3N and you can find 6N.
