I presume trumps are 5-0 or this would not be here...It doesn't matter if you ruff with the HA or H10, you can't cash all top five hearts anyway- dummy's only entry is an overtake in hearts so assume 5-0 hearts cash 4 tops, run clubs and at some point the last trump- assume its with east must give your entry in spades to continue clubs.
