barmar Posted July 25, 2011 Report Share Posted July 25, 2011 That's the old fashioned way to respond to reverses. Modern players play that a reverse is forcing for 1 round, and use some variation of Lebensohl to show the sub-minimum hands, allowing stopping on the 3 level.
