cloa513
Why not if its technically possible, allow bids to be delayed from reaching the table say for 5 seconds. So if you misclick or make a mistake you can cancel before anyone else sees it. Then Undoes are unnecesary.

semeai
This would add a minute to the hand if the bidding is three rounds. If you use it for the play as well, you're adding another 4 1/3 minutes if there is no claim.

WBreedyk
AS far as the bidding phase goes, I agree completely. Too often have I seen the bidding UNDO abused, and used for "second" thoughts. (I suspect some users actually think that this is a valid use of UNDO). Delay is fine, but perhaps another possibility is to add a Confirm request at the point when the bid has been entered by the user. You could make this a table setting. It would likely slow the game down even more, you'd have people "forget" that they have to confirm and sit there for half a minute or more before realizing (or not realizing!) that they have to click. If the undos really bother you that much, maybe disabling those is a way to go.

No, it would delay the whole table, unless we have some relativistic cardpushers around.
